As a team, we used lean startup method to identify customer pain, jobs, and Goals. We also identified assumptions to validate our solutions. Following is the solution we decided to test with our customer.
I created the paper prototype and did usability testing with 11 customers.
Based on customer feedback and after a couple of iteration following design was ready to pitch a leadership team.
